Coffee bag with valve and with tin tie

A one-way exhaust valve with a tin strap is the perfect partner for a side sealed coffee bag. The exhaust valve allows the carbon dioxide gas released by roasting beans to escape, preventing the bag from bursting.  The exciting thing is that these valves are one-way;  They allow carbon dioxide gas to escape, but do not let outside air into the bag.  Tin bow ties are used to increase the re-closing ability of coffee bags without zippers installed.  Once the coffee bag with the iron tie is opened, all you need to do is roll the bag from one to the other if you want to prevent oxygen, moisture, odors and contaminants from entering the coffee. The iron tie will be used to keep the bag from unraveling.
